Application of the method of evaluation of personnel "360 degrees" for detecting leaders in the organization

The summary: In the modern world, it is impossible to imagine a well-coordinated team without a leader. A leader is a person who generates innovative ideas, and also shapes them for specific goals to achieve the company's strategy. Unfortunately, many Russian organizations do not understand this and lose their competitiveness on the market every year because of a lack of innovative solutions. In this article, we consider a possible solution to the problem by the "360 degree" method, with the help of which any organization will be able to identify the leader in the company.
