Bovine leukemia virus (BLV) infection was studied in two cattle herds of Black Pied breed. Efficiency of two methods of diagnostics RID (reaction of immune diffusion) and PCR were compared. High efficiency of PCR method compared to RID was detected, because PCR method allowed us additionally reveal 18 % of infected cows.
