Application the Barkhausen noises method for control the hardening of details by superficial plastic deformation

Article is devoted to assessment the possibility of control the hardening of high-strength steel superficial plastic deformation. For objective control of hardening at rollers running is offered to use the Barkhausen noises. The method is nondestructive and allows to receive the important information of a structure state of material surface layer. In work the interrelation of structure with technological residual stresses is considered.
