Student activity is characterized by a high level of intellectual and emotional stress, which requires the search for means aimed at reducing the level of neuropsychic stress. The article presents an overview of currently popular methods of relaxation, as well as substantiates the possibility of their application in physical education and in everyday life to reduce stress and increase efficiency.
