Application of methods to reduce the production cycle time just-in-time, kanban in the production of metal tiles

This article discusses the principles of lean manufacturing, which can be applied in the production of metal tiles. The methods of reducing the production cycle time, such as Just-In-Time (JIT) and Kanban, their applications, principles of operation, advantages and disadvantages of each, are considered, and their comparative analysis is carried out. In addition, examples of the introduction of Just-In-Time (JIT), Kanban methods to enterprises with a number of problem areas in production are given.
