Application of the model and methodology for assessing the digital maturity of the management system of a state-owned company

The article presents the results of the practical application of the author's model and methodologyfor assessing the digital maturity of the management system of a company with a complex integrated structurein order to determine the possibilities for its improvement based on the use of digital technologies. Examplesof obtaining primary information, its step-by-step processing and forming conclusions about the complianceof the current state and level of digital readiness of the management system with the main requirements ofdigitalization are presented.
