Application of the 'Six sigma’ quality management model in the educational process

Modern models for assessing the quality of education in higher education are considered, their shortcomings associated with the fragmented interests of subjects of educational relations are characterized. It is shown that participants in educational relations are united by a common interest in the proper level of mastering by students of the main educational program. To measure this quality criterion most objectively, we propose the use of a quality management model developed as part of the Six Sigma concept. The essence of this model is presented, its advantages and scope are revealed.
