Application of the modified Tessier technique for the determination of mobile forms of heavy metals in background soils of the Amur region

A method for determining the forms of heavy metals based on sequential extraction according to the modified Tessier scheme is proposed. The content of toxic elements with different hazard classes in the soils of natural landscapes was assessed. Background soils are represented by the following types: forest burozems, taiga burozems, gray-humus and humus soils. The fractional composition of copper, zinc, manganese, cobalt, nickel, and lead compounds in the background soils of the Amur region was studied for the first time.
