The application of new technologies in the improvement and qualification of medical personnel

The primary care worker is the first person to communicate with the community. Therefore, the ability of nurses and visiting nurses to carry out their work plays an important role in the health care system for the correct perception and objective assessment of the health status of the population. in the current era of globalization, and especially in the context of the recent pandemic, the ability of the state to take care of the health of its population is a major factor. Like all countries, the Republic of Uzbekistan has embarked on consistent reforms in the health sector. This, in turn, requires not only the modernization of the health care system, but also an approach to international standards for capacity building and training in this area, their continuous education. The analysis of the studies and observations presented in this article also shows how justified these reforms are and what areas need to be addressed.
