Cloud technology for regional management of special economic zones for tourism and recreation

The article presents the possibility of stimulating the development of small businesses in the service sector in special economic zones for tourism and recreation. Authors propose the creation of information infrastructure in the form of hybrid cloud by public-private partnership. This system will monitor the quality of services provided by private business in the special economic zone and create facilities for small business bookkeeping and promote their services to foreign markets.
