Ontology application principles for the solution of new class of problems of intelligent moving objects behavior management that can act both fully autonomously and as a group in the context of solving tasks of Earth remote sensing by a group of small-scale spacecrafts are considered in this paper. Ontology structure and ontology/scenes editor main functions are described. An ontological description of observed objects and target recognition rules and method of objects search satisfying the ontological description are suggested. Examples of the scenes, developed on basis of the ontology that corresponds with Earth remote sensing problems are given. Directions for further research and developments of the considered system are proposed.
