Application of selected international standard tools ISO 9001: 2015 for managing the products quality and safety exemplified by the state enterprise of the Republic of Buryatia «Buryat-Pharmacia»

The article discusses individual tools of the quality management system, provides both legally established standards and a practical implementation model developed by a regional enterprise. Based on observation, analysis and synthesis, restrictions have been identified that impede the further expansion of the quality management system. The effective ways to reduce them as well as prospects for further development have been proposed. The authors determine the importance of human capital.
