The use of open educational resources in the learning process in higher education

The article emphasizes the need to create a centralized electronic content to expand access to quality education of University students and thereby improve their professional training. The structure of electronic content promoting integration of educational environment of higher education institution and allowing along with traditional forms of training to realize elements of distance learning by means of the centralized network integrated course and the General decentralized electronic content in the direction of professional training of students is presented and described.
