Using of the elasticity indicator in the competency-based approach to remuneration

Changeability of the external environment determine the need to update the structure of competencies that have the greatest impact on achieving the goals and objectives of the organization. In the article,the author proposes and substantiates the using of the elasticity indicator to determine the rate of sensitivity ofcompetencies and growth factors for the remuneration, which will allow detrmine priority directions for thedevelopment of the remuneration system and balancing the structure of staff costs.
