Application of Artemisia sieversiana herb in traditional medicine

The article reviews the application of Artemisia sieversiana in traditional medicine. It is widely used as a remedy with a tonic, antipyretic, analgesic, anthelminthic and antiseptic effect. Due to the content of essential oils and biologically active substances, Artemisia sieversiana posses a wide range of pharmacological activity and is effective for various diseases. Also, Artemisia sieversiana is used as a fodder plant for sheep and goats (in spring and autumn), and a good silage plant for cattle (except for dairy cows, because the milk acquires a bitter taste). Thus, Artemisia sieversiana is one of the most widely used plants in traditional medicine, so its study and implementation in medical practice seems relevant.
