Application of mediation and "good offices" in the settlement of international disputes

In this article, such ways of resolving international disputes as "good services" and mediation are being studied. The author reveals their differences among themselves and features that distinguish them from other conciliation procedures. Some problems are considered in the application of "good offices" and mediation at the present time.
