Application of the legal doctrine in court practice: prospects of legal regulation

Purpose: Research of questions of application of the legal doctrine in court practice. Methodology: Legallistic and comparative and legal methods were used. Results: In article the analysis of a regulatory role of the legal doctrine in the law-enforcement sphere and development of the practical offers directed to legalization of participation of the legal doctrine in forming of modern system of law of the Republic of Armenia is performed. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific and practical value as is modern attempt of consideration of an actual legal problem.
