Increase in poultry product output and decrease in its costs requires mobilization of all resources on the ground of large-scale implementation of scientific achievements and resource saving technologies. One of the factors defining poultry productivity is their feeding full value condition, which is achieved not only by means of feed materials set not also by introducing biologically active substances into ration. In this context the probiotics application in the industrial poultry is of great interest. The work objective was to study the broilers productive qualities at probiotic “Bifidum SHG” («Бифидум-СХЖ») application in the industrial technology conditions of their growing. Two groups of day-old chicks were formed: the first group is control, which were not treated with the preparation and the second group is experimental, which for the sake of preventive measures were treated with the preparation and fresh water from the first day of life and to fattening termination in amounts of 0,1 of doze for one head per day once. This corresponds to 1 million of colony-forming units of bifidus bacteria. The number of chickens in the test groups was 50 chickens each group. It is proved that at probiotic “Bifidum SHG” application poultry live weight actually increased by 5,7%. Average daily live weight gain in the experimental group was higher than in the control group by 3,1 g or by 5,8 %. Throughout the test period the chicken livability was high and at the growth end it was 98% in the experimental group and 94% in the control group. The minimum feed efficiency was obtained in the experimental group 1,75 kg, it is less than the control group level by 0,1 kg or 4,89 %. More intensive broiler growth in the experimental group was accompanied with improvement of carcass meat quality. As a result of efficiency increase and broiler livability at application of brobiotics “Bifidum SHG” broilers meat costs of the experimental group were by 3,4 rub. lower than in the control group; and profitability was by 5,1% higher.
