Application of the process management approach to increase the efficiency of the organization

The article addresses the problems associated with the management process of organizations based on the use of the process management approach. Now, the question of how best to build the work of the company is one of the keys. For Russia, the most familiar management methods are structural-functional systems, which were widely used in Soviet times. Today, experts offer a wide range of alternative solutions, concepts, models that can be put into practice in companies of our country. But recently, the process approach has proven itself better than others. The authors conclude that it is advisable to develop special measures that increase the efficiency of management of organizations and structure the responsibilities of its members at the level of business processes.
