The article is devoted to improvement of hotel business, through the introduction of the quality management system. The basic principle of which is the processions approach to customer service. The article presents the organizational structure of the hotel business, in which the structural units and their interconnection. For the proposed structure, in the article, the developed model DFD "process of the system service" that will allow you to optimize the performance of the hotel business.
