Application of the process approach in a small construction organization

The article discusses the features of construction production in small construction organizations. As part of the application of the process approach when implementing the quality management system of a small construction organization, the participants in the construction industry are identified (Developer, Contractor; Organizations engaged in the maintenance of engineering networks; Designer; Person performing engineering surveys; Person performing geodetic works; Institution authorized state expert examination; state construction supervision body; local government body, technical authority accounting, management Federal Service for State Registration) and highlights the stages and types of work performed by the developers and contractors. The developed schemes of interaction and workflow of the Developer and the Contractor at the stages of construction production are presented (pre-design, engineering surveys and development of design documentation, state examination of design documentation and results of engineering surveys, obtaining a building permit, construction, commissioning of an object). The network of construction processes for the construction of an industrial building by the Contractor is graphically presented.
