Application of the project approach to increase the efficiency of public civil servants

The article deals with the issues of increasing the efficiency of the activities of public civil servants for effectively solving the accumulated problems in this area. The application of the project approach, as an activity aimed at obtaining a result in achieving the goals of their solution, is appropriate. The essence of the proposed approach is to determine the main activities with specific deadlines and budgets, quantitative and qualitative targets for each activity and monitor their implementation.
