Application of the Vibrometer software and hardware complex for monitoring and analyzing vibration parameters of agricultural machinery

The article discusses the problem of vibration loads as a key factor in the deterioration and reduction of reliability of agricultural machinery. The application of the Vibrometer software and hardware complex (Zetlab) for measuring and analyzing vibration parameters (vibration velocity, vibration displacement, vibration acceleration) in real-world operating conditions is described. The principles of the complex's operation are considered, including data collection using accelerometers, signal processing and visualization of results. It is shown that the use of a "Vibrometer" makes it possible to switch to predictive maintenance, increase the availability of equipment, reduce repair costs and ensure compliance of working conditions with vibration safety requirements.
