Application of the program-target method in the municipal practice of organizing cultural and leisure activities

The article considers the possibility of applying the program-target management method as an effective method of solving social and economic problems, including in the sphere of culture by the example of organizing cultural and leisure activities in the municipality «city of Yekaterinburg».
