The article analyzes the psychological aspects used in the tactics of interrogation of suspects and accused. Various approaches to this problem have been investigated. The relevance of the study is determined due to the fact that at the legislative level there are no clear principles that could separate the acceptable and unacceptable psychological influence in modern conditions. The article investigates the possibilities of use tactical and psychological aspects during interrogation in a conflict situation, reflecting the criminal procedural, tactical and psychological techniques. The author comes to the conclusion that during the interrogation, not only knowledge of criminal procedure legislation and tactical and criminalistic methods of conducting an investigative action, but also knowledge of psychology in conjunction with verbal and non-verbal (behavioral) psychology are needed.
