The article is concerned with implementation of balanced scorecard as a quality management tool for the public sector organizations. Balanced scorecard allows to combine different key indicators, which can give CEO clear vision of the problems in the organization. Balanced scorecard makes interconnections between the strategy / mission of the organization and the goals, which every employee can reach. It shows how the results of reaching goals influence the main strategy / mission of the organization, which especially important in public sector.
