Use of special means of organizing mobility in the professional activities of employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation

The article raises a pressing issue related to the use of special means by law enforcement officers in their official activities, related to the restriction of the mobility of persons detained by them. To achieve this goal, police officers most often use handcuffs. The article analyzes regulatory legal acts that govern the use of special means by law enforcement officers in the performance of their official duties. The theoretical provisions and algorithm for the use of special means of restricting mobility (handcuffs) by employees in the process of solving operational and official tasks are considered. Methodological recommendations are given for conducting practical classes with employees of internal affairs bodies as part of professional, official and physical training. Particular attention is paid to conducting comprehensive classes that contribute to improving the professional qualities of employees.
