Application of BREEAM and LEED standards for designing Russian industrial enterprises

The article examines the problems of introducing LEED and BREEAM certification into the practice of building industrial buildings and structures in Russia. The main advantages of certification in this sphere of construction are revealed, and a brief description of the rating system LEED and BREEAM is given. The reasons for the slow introduction (development) of industrial construction according to environmental standards in Russia are considered.
