On the example of the urban district of Moscow region correspondent analyzed based and structured approaches for evaluation indicators to assess the effectiveness of the management of municipal property. The algorithm of management decisions on the basis of the market value of the property. It is shown that the evaluation of the effectiveness of management objects of municipal property on indicators developed by the author creates an effective system of monitoring processes of municipal property management at the local level and will allow an objective assessment of the quality of decision-making.
