Features of the investigation of official crimes committed by officials of the Federal Bailiff Service

The fight against crime in the system of countering abuses in the performance by bailiffs of their public official duties is the most urgent in connection with the special social significance of these acts - on the one hand, on the other - officials of various levels fall into the number of accused and then convicted, which, in turn, is associated with a sufficiently high level of counteraction: patronage, direct blackmail, pressure, threats against investigative and operational workers, whose direct duties include investigating official crimes in the system of the Federal Bailiff Service (hereinafter - FSSP).
