The article considers the application of the tariff system of remuneration in the organization. Currently, there are many forms and systems of remuneration, and this is one of the key problems of the modern economy of the country. Both the growth of people's well-being and the increase in production efficiency depend on the successful solution of this problem. The wage policy is an integral part of the management of an enterprise, and the efficiency of its work largely depends on it, since wages are one of the most important incentives for the rational use of labor.
