The successful activity of any organization is almost one hundred percent the merit of qualified, reliable, competent staff. The main problem of personnel selection and recruitment is financial and time losses affecting the competitiveness of the company due to the initial hiring of an insufficiently qualified employee. Based on the above, companies often need to implement a policy of implementing the most effective processes of search, selection, recruitment and hiring of personnel reserve. However, traditional methods do not always help to identify the most promising and effective employee. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce innovative methods for the selection and recruitment of personnel into the selection and recruitment processes. In this article, we will look at various innovative methods of attracting personnel, including the technology of preliminarization. We will also develop a number of recommendations for attracting qualified employees to the staff. The application of these recommendations in practice in the selection and recruitment technologies at Alfa-M LLC will contribute to the formation of a qualified staff that will contribute to the quality and productivity of the organization's workflow as a whole.
