Application of artificial intelligence technologies in college educational activities

The problem of introducing artificial intelligence in the educational sphere is considered. The rapidly changing world of digital technologies requires a mobile response; these changes must be taken into account when creating educational programs for secondary vocational education. An analysis of modern research in the field of use of artificial intelligence is carried out. From the side of practical experience, a classification of systems is presented, applied and based on various goals, objectives, methods, criteria, factors, technological solutions; the educational functions of using artificial intelligence are indicated. Defining the process of introducing this area of information science as innovative, we note the primary stage in this process is the improvement of qualifications of administrative and teaching staff, the formation of special professional competencies. Magnitogorsk Pedagogical College has developed a professional development program, the purpose of which was to improve the personal and professional competencies of students in the field of applying the capabilities of artificial intelligence in educational and scientific-methodological work. Based on the work of modern researchers, the key competencies necessary for the use of artificial intelligence in educational activities have been identified: development of approaches to the use of artificial intelligence in educational and scientific work; connection to sites that allow you to interact with neural networks; support for dialogue to clarify the results of working with neural networks; selection of additional tools, etc. When implementing the program, modular and project approaches and modern educational platforms were used. The study was conducted to determine the level of competence development. The results demonstrated qualitative positive dynamics, which confirmed the correctness of the chosen approaches and technologies in the implementation of the program, and the readiness of employees for continuous pedagogical education in the field of artificial intelligence.
