In article a number of approaches for studying ecosystems is considered, the brief description of information-signed field theory is given. On an example of suburban biotopes and agrocnosises in Samara oblast it is accepted an op-portunity of application of information-signed field theory for tracking degree of suburban ecosystems stability and definitions of degree of animal populations discomfort on example of fox ordinary. In work results of research the level of fox population discomfort are brought and the reasons of its growth are certain.
