Application of stakeholder theory to management system of cultural festivals' services

The article deals with application of stakeholder theory to management of cultural events, in particular to service management of cultural festivals. The empirical part of the research is based on experience of Russian and foreign festivals. Based on the results of empirical research authors develop a method of dual behavior of stakeholders as an effective tool for perfection of management system of cultural festivals'' services and enhancement of their positive impacts.
