Application of the transresonant topographer for diagnostics of the closed injuries of the spleen

Work is based on application to 65 patients of the device of the transresonant topographer for improvement of results of diagnostics of the closed injuries of a spleen. As a result of the conducted research it is established that this diagnostic method allowed to make the diagnosis at patients with the erased clinical picture in 98% that led to decrease in cases of diagnostic mistakes. Thus the method possesses a number of advantages - he doesn’t demand special preparation of the doctor, it can be used at the level of an accident ward. In too time an essential lack of this method is that on the basis of this method it is impossible to establish blood loss volume, existence of proceeding intra belly bleeding.
