Foreign labor force: imperfection of legal system and problems of application

Russia attracted lots of foreign workers during the last years. The most recent changes in migration law made an employment process for foreign workers easier and visa-free. The author analyzes difficulties related to job placement for foreign workers. A big part of these problems is stipulated by legal gaps or by difficulties in implementation of legal norms.
