In this article features of use of innovative technologies in the course of the organization of production and storage of finished goods are considered. The short characteristic of the unique technologies applied in the sphere of production and service of consumers is given. The validity of use of technologies at catering establishments from the point of view of their effective use at achievement of the best financial results, the best quality of life and health is shown.
