Application of project portfolio management for implementation of the strategy

The article is devoted to the project portfolio management as a crucial element of the strategic management of the organization. Possibilities of applying portfolio management for the development of a value-oriented organization are considered, and author has developed the model for implementing organization strategies through the portfolio management.
