The use of vibration in disk tillers

In accordance with the market economy and modern energy prices prerequisite agricultural production is to obtain the maximum profit with minimal costs. The main costs in the performance of soil cultivation are: the purchase of fuel and lubricants, payment of employers of labor, as well as depreciation of agricultural machinery and tractors. Reducing the consumption of fuels and lubricants can be achieved, lower traction resistance of tillers, through the use of productive wide-disk tools, as well as vibration working bodies tillers. To carry out the vibration of the working body of the disk tools without the inclusion of additional sources of vibration is proposed to change its shape from round to hexagonal. Lineup hexagonal disk working organs has three types: flat, spherical and conical wheels, use of different types allows you to perform soil treatment accordingly subject to wind erosion, the usual and soil compaction. The hexagonal shape of the working bodies of disk tools will allow for the vibration of each working member with an amplitude of 60 mm. Negative vibrations to guns in general, will be compensated by the phase offset fluctuation of working bodies at the expense of the installation disks on a shaft tools with offset cutting edges (turning axis of rotation) at an angle of 30°. Application of vibration working bodies allows to perform soil treatment with less pulling resistance, and installation to compensate for the displacement of the vibration at the gun and perform cutting of the soil-plant mass in the stressed state, which also improves the quality of tillage.
