The review presents the results of studies evaluating the effectiveness and safety of rehabilitation using virtual reality to restore stato-locomotor function in patients at different periods after suffering an acute cerebrovascular accident. The analysis of works published for the period 2011-2019 and available for study according to the main scientific databases: MEDLINE (Ovid), Amed, EMBASE, CINAHL and PsycINFO.
