Application of water-air ejector pumps in the systems of deep vacuumization

The article considers the possibility to upgrade a number of typical multistage systems of deep vacuumization on the basis of steam-jet ejectors by substitution either some stages, or all of them for a single-stage water-air jet pump. For the conditions of real installations the jet devices are rated, and the comparison of energy expenditure for existing and once more introduced systems is done.
