Using the capabilities of fuzzy sets to solve forecasting and optimization problems

The article presents the concept of fuzzy logic and the main stages of its development. The description and structure of the fuzzy system for solving the problem of decision-making based on the fuzzy logic apparatus, in the MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Modeler software product, explains the main stages of passing input parameters in the system to solve a specific problem in order to predict the value of the output parameter. The authors give examples of the use of fuzzy logic in the modern world.
