Using complex individual algorithm in patients with phlegmons brush

The examination and comprehensive treatment of 189 patients with phlegmons hands of different locations. Based on the clinical data of modern laboratory and instrumental investigations revealed significant prognostic criteria, developed an algorithm for estimating the effectiveness of treatment. Appropriate selection of classifiers, as well as the continued application of differentiated treatment strategies in patients with phlegmons brush later confirmed that the justification of individual treatment algorithm can improve the results of treatment. The results obtained in 70.9% good results of treatment of patients with phlegmons brush, with 22.7% of satisfactory outcomes of treatment and only 6.3% of poor results (including deep cellulitis and match), allow to recommend the development of a diagnostic and treatment algorithm in clinical practice. Analysis of the results showed the effectiveness of the applied treatment strategy, and the importance of improving the methods of postoperative rehabilitation therapy and rehabilitation.
