The article discusses the use of automated methods of recruitment in the formation of teams of information technology departments in organizations, allowing to realize the study of compliance of the level of training and skills of applicants with the requirements of vacant or replaceable positions. A multi-criteria procedure for evaluating the personal competencies of specialists according to the hierarchy analysis method is described.
