Example of use of program goals management of the city of Yekaterinburg municipal unit

The article is devoted to the analysis of the implementation and realization of program-targeted mechanisms in the management of the transport complex of the municipal entity on the materials of the city of Yekaterinburg. Both the theoretical-methodological bases of the program-target management method and their expression in normative acts of local self-government are considered.
