Reconciliation with victims of crimes resulting through negligence in the death of a person as a result of road traffic-accidents

The article analyses the consequences of crimes committed in the area of violations of traffic rules and operation of the vehicle. Discusses issues Institute exemption from criminal responsibility for these crimes and proposes measures for the improvement of criminal legislation.
