Conciliation procedures in copyright: types and forms, comparison

The relevance of this article is due to the need for a more detailed scientific development of the institute of conciliation procedures as one of the alternative ways to protect the rights of authors within the Russian legal framework. In this scientific work, the concept of conciliation procedures is considered, various opinions of scientists on the subject under consideration are analyzed. The author highlights the main features of conciliation procedures, the peculiarities of their application in the field of copyright and related rights protection. The result of the work done was the original author's proposals and recommendations aimed at improving certain types and forms of conciliation procedures in cases of copyright and related rights protection, forming the novelty of the article.
