This article focuses on the tendency of modern civilization development. The interrelation between civilization development and the change and growth of human needs is traced. The article presents a brief analysis of the philosophy basis of the conception of sustainable development of society and the principle of anthropocosmocentrism as a philosophy-methodology alternative for traditional anthropocentrism system.
