The article describes the design of a technology not so much "from below " through inductive generalization obtained by agricultural science and practice results as "from above" in relation to them. That is, by deductive construction based on the proposed basic principles of a whole system of more specific statements, that reveal the structure and content of project operations of synthesis, optimization and selection decisions. With this construction, the principles should reflect not simple truths, the proof of which is not required, but the fundamental technological patterns of soil and sowing processes and the principles of their systemic organization. They are obtained on the basis of generalization of experimental data, systematization of the results of theoretical and practical work in the field of crop production and system studies. Thus, on the basis of the formulated integrity principle, statements of a hierarchical structure are obtained.
